CRUCIAL UT99 Update To Be Released Today - Problems With New Unreal Gold - Other News

UT99 for OS X has been updated with *gasp* Wineskin, and it will be released later this evening. This upcoming version of UT99 relies on Wine’s WS9Wine1.7.8 engine. It was also partially tested with current (as of this post) engine version 1.7.15, which it seems to support, as well.

Greetings once again, Unrealism Community.

Unfortunately, the reason why I have not released the updated versions of UT99 and Unreal Gold was due to my main Mac's logic board failure. After a week of trying to repair the board myself, I could not save it. Right now, I am parting it out, and backing up both my Mac and Windows 7 hard drives, since I cannot afford another logic board or donor Mac. First off, I would like to say, Happy New Year!

It's been two--almost three years since this issue was discovered; The dreaded ACE (Anti-Cheat tool) crash, and now, I believe I have finally eliminated it with a new Wineskin engine.
